If your compound is on file at another pharmacy, we can request a transfer to this Orange counter. We need enough detail to identify the prescription. A transfer request is not an automatic fill.

What to have ready
- Previous pharmacy name and phone if you have it
- Patient name and date of birth
- Medication name and prescriber if you know them

- We contact the previous pharmacy.
- We review the prescription and tell you whether we can prepare it here.
Pickup, delivery & mailing
Pickup is available at our Orange counter. Local delivery within about 50 miles and statewide shipping throughout California are also available—not free, and not every Rx can ship. Call (714) 790-4085 for coverage and cost.
